Do you like to be scared?

Or how about horrified? Or grossed out? Or all of the above and all at once? If you've said yes to all of those questions, then you need to go and watch this new Horror movie called Frontier(s). I just watched the trailer for it and it's beyond all of those things. This movie is coming out May 9th in select theaters only. Why? Because this movie is unrated. Yes, you read that right - unrated. You would think just by watching the trailer that it should be rated R. But, the directors say that to even get it to an R rated movie, they would have to cut some scenes out of it and they don't want to do that. I'm shocked that even though it is unrated, that it's made it into theaters at all. I did happen to check to see if it will be anywhere near me and it won't. I don't think that after watching the trailer, that I'd be able to watch it in a movie theater. It's that disgusting. The scary thing about this movie is first off, the people who thought of it and secondly, that it could happen. It's one thing to watch a horror film that is so out there that you know just cannot happen. It's another to watch people being killed and mutilated and know that it is possible and that there are people out there sick enough to do such horrendous things. That's what gets me the most when I watch movies like this.

If you're like me and don't think you'd be able to watch it in a theater, the DVD comes out May 15th, unrated and uncut. I'm still not sure I'll be able to watch even that. I know for a fact my husband won't watch it. And I'm sure as hell not watching it alone.
